What is highway 402?

Highway 402 is a major east-west highway in Ontario, Canada. It spans approximately 102 kilometers (63 miles) from Windsor to London and forms part of the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) and Highway 401 corridors.

The highway connects the border crossing between Canada and the United States at Point Edward/Sarnia with the 401, which is the main highway artery linking Canada's largest cities, Toronto, and Montreal.

Highway 402 is a 4-lane highway with a speed limit of 100 km/h (62mph) and has undergone extensive upgrades and expansions over the years to keep pace with increasing traffic demand.
